§ 501. [Turn-off construction.]

[(a)]

The construction of turnoffs for ingress and egress of citizens of Taylor County from city streets, county roads and state roads, and the use of county equipment and labor to perform said work, is hereby declared to be a valid public purpose, and the expenditure of public funds for said work is declared to be a lawful expenditure.

[(b)]

Said turnoff construction shall be performed only on county, city and state rights-of-way, and shall meet such standards and specifications as established by the city, county or state.
