  • For the purpose of drainage and reclamation of the land hereinafter described and protecting the same from the effects of water for agricultural and sanitary purposes, and for public convenience, welfare and for public utility and benefit, a drainage district is hereby created and established in Taylor County, Florida, to exist for a period of 99 years and to be known as the San Pedro Drainage District, the territorial boundary of which shall be as follows, to-wit:

    Beginning at the northwest corner of Section 3, in Township 3 South, Range 7 East, thence running east along the township line 15 miles, more or less, to the northeast corner of Township 3 South, Range 9 East, thence running south along the range line to the southeast corner of Section 13 in Township 5 South, Range 9 East, thence running west along the section line to the southwest corner of Section 18 in Township 5 South, Range 9 East, thence running west along the section line to the southwest corner of Section 18 in Township 5 South, Range 8 East, thence north to the northwest corner of Section 6 in Township 5 South, Range 8 East, thence running north along the range line to the northwest corner of Township 4 South, Range 8 East, thence running west to the southwest corner of Section 34 in Township 3 South, Range 7 East, thence north running along the section line to the northwest corner of Section 3 in Township 3 South, Range 7 East, the point of beginning first above mentioned.
