§ 74-2. North and South Road Gulfview Drive restrictions.

(a)

The county North and South Road Gulfview Drive at Dark Island is designated as a pedestrian and bicycle road and the only motor vehicles allowed on such road are motor vehicles of the owners, residents, family and guests of owners. County and emergency vehicles are also allowed on such road.

(b)

This section in no way restricts the motor vehicles going on Dark Island Road and in no way restricts motor vehicles going to the county park at the end of Dark Island Road.
