§ 74-5. Prohibiting through trucks with three axles or more on the Kelly Grade.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for a through truck with three axles or more to be on the County Road known as the Kelly Grade, local delivery and shipping excepted.

(b)

Any operator of a through truck with three axles or more violating this section shall be guilty of a civil infraction and shall be fined in an amount not more than $500.00. The operator shall also be required to pay all surcharges, add-ons and court costs in addition to the fine imposed.
