§ 319. Authority, creation and purpose.

For the purpose of performing such acts as shall be necessary for the sound planning for, and the development of Taylor County, there is created a body corporate and politic to be known as the Taylor County Development Authority, which shall be deemed to be a public corporation by that name, which body may contract and be contracted with and sue and be sued in all courts of law and equity.
