§ 403. [Funds.]

The board of county commissioners of Taylor County is hereby authorized to utilize moneys in the general fund of Taylor County which have been or may be earmarked for the purchase, maintenance and equipment of said hospital, and the board of county commissioners of Taylor County is hereby authorized to use any funds which have accrued or which hereafter accrue to Taylor County from racetrack funds for the purchase, maintenance and equipment of said hospital or any addition or improvement thereto; and the said board of county commissioners is hereby authorized to utilize any moneys in any funds of said county for the purpose of the purchase, maintenance and equipment of said hospital, or any addition or improvement thereto, where the use thereof is not specifically prohibited by the constitution.
