§ 404. [Governing body.]

The board of county commissioners of Taylor County shall appoint a hospital board of five members, which board shall be the governing body of said hospital; and said board shall have the exclusive right to give said hospital such name as it shall deem proper. Three members of said board shall constitute a quorum. The terms of office of the members of said hospital board shall be staggered. One member shall hold office [for] one year, one [for] two years, one [for] three years, one [for] four years and one for five years.
